Staff nurse

Company Description: Sankalp India Foundation is a voluntary youth organization founded in 2003 with a mission to prevent deaths due to blood shortages and create a Thalassemia-free India. The organization provides care and management for children with Thalassemia and other blood disorders, offers Bone Marrow Transplants through the Thalassemia Cure Program, and works on prevention through genetic screening and counseling.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in *Ahmedabad*. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to children with Thalassemia and other blood disorders, assisting in Bone Marrow Transplant procedures, and conducting genetic screening and counseling sessions.

Qualifications:

*Patient care, Bone Marrow Transplant, and genetic screening skills

*Experience in pediatric nursing and blood disorders management

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*Ability to work in a team and independently

*Experience in Thalassemia care is a plus

*Attention to detail and compassion for patients
