Staff nurse

Patient assessment and monitoring

• Conducting initial patient assessments and continuously monitoring symptoms and vital signs.
• Performing physical examinations and evaluating patient needs.
• Recording patient history, symptoms, and vital signs like temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

Treatment and medication administration

• Administering prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids.
• Dressing wounds and providing post-surgical care.
• Assisting with diagnostic procedures and other medical treatments.
• Operating and maintaining medical equipment.

Care planning and coordination

• Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinating care with the healthcare team to ensure a cohesive approach.
• Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate, up-to-date medical records.

Patient education and support

• Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Providing emotional and psychological support to patients.
• Advising on disease prevention and health maintenance.

Safety and hygiene

• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Following infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infection.
• Assisting with patient hygiene, such as bathing, and ensuring personal comfort.

Emergency response

• Reacting promptly to medical emergencies.
• Performing life-saving interventions like CPR when necessary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
