Staff Nurse (ICU)

Job Description

1. Update the days assignment 2. Take the handover, Including pending work from previous shift 3. Communicate with shift-Incharge for the plan of the day 4. Review the vitals and act accordingly 5. Review the treatment plan and administer as per order 6. Collect the lab reports and act accordingly 7. Blood product administration and monitoring 8. Review and monitor the Chemo administration 9. Nursing notes update and review vitals and I/O 10. Review the treatment plan every second hourly 11. Attend the Doctors grand rounds and follow the orders 12. Clean the medication trolly whenever required 13. Review the vitals and I/o and act accordingly 14. Review and checking stock for 24 hours coverage 15. Review pending labs reports 16. Participate in educational activities 17.
