Deliver comprehensive bedside nursing care to infants and children in the Pediatric Cardiac ICU. Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, fluid balance, ventilators, infusion pumps, and post-operative parameters. Administer medications, inotropes, blood products, and sedation as per protocols and physician instructions. Assist with bedside procedures, intubation, extubation, central line care, and postoperative management.
