- Vital Signs Monitoring (Mandatory skill) proficiency in accurately measuring and interpreting vital parameters to monitor patient health status.
- Electronic Health Records (Mandatory skill) experience or familiarity in managing patients health data digitally to maintain clinical accuracy and confidentiality.
- Medication Administration knowledge of proper procedures for preparing, verifying, and administering prescribed medications to patients safely and efficiently.
- IV Cannulation ability to insert and manage intravenous lines carefully to provide necessary fluids or medications as per protocol.
- Patient Assessment skills in assessing patient conditions, identifying clinical changes, and promptly reporting or escalating findings to physicians.
- Team Collaboration collaborative mindset for working effectively with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals for seamless patient care delivery.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to outpatients, including taking histories, assessing current health needs, and responding to queries.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately, alerting the medical team to any significant changes or complications in patient condition.
- Assist in the smooth operation of the OPD by preparing examination areas, managing patient flow, and coordinating with doctors and allied health staff.
- Administer prescribed medications and supportive therapies as per standards and ensure proper documentation in electronic health records systems.
- Perform IV cannulation, collection of samples, and other routine OPD procedures safely and efficiently.
- Educate patients and their families on medication regimens, follow-up care, and preventive healthcare practices as per hospital protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment by strictly adhering to hygiene and infection control measures.
- Participate in ongoing training, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives as part of professional development.
