Department: Nursing ServicesReporting To: Nursing Superintendent / Nursing In-ChargeLocation: Kaddam Multispeciality Hospital, BhiwaniKey Responsibilities1. Patient Care

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in wards, ICU, emergency, and other assigned areas.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition regularly.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as per physician’s orders.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Ensure timely response to patient needs and maintain patient comfort and safety.

2. Clinical Procedures

• Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization, NG tube insertion, dressing, wound care, nebulization, oxygen administration, etc.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgery, and post-procedure care.
• Handle medical equipment like monitors, infusion pumps, suction machines, etc.

3. Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate and updated nursing notes, medication charts, observations, and reports.
• Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
• Document incidents, patient progress, and treatments as per hospital and NABH standards.

4. Infection Control & Safety

• Follow all hospital infection control protocols, including hand hygiene and PPE usage.
• Ensure safe disposal of biomedical waste as per norms.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and nursing stations.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, technicians, and other staff for smooth patient management.
• Communicate effectively with patient families regarding care, instructions, and updates.
• Report any critical changes in patient condition immediately to the concerned doctor.

6. Professional Conduct

• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold nursing ethics.
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a patient-focused approach.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical nursing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
• Knowledge of NABH protocols (preferred)
• Compassionate and service-oriented attitude

Work Schedule

• Rotational duties including day, evening, night, and emergency shifts as per hospital roster.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in ICU, emergency, OT, or multispeciality hospital is an added advantage.

Salary

• As per hospital norms and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
