Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – MBBS
Kaddam Multispeciality Hospital**

Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)Qualification: MBBS (from a recognized university; valid registration with State Medical Council/NMC)Department: Clinical ServicesReporting To: Medical Superintendent / Consultant In-ChargeLocation: Kaddam Multispeciality Hospital, BhiwaniKey Responsibilities1. Patient Care

  • Provide round-the-clock medical coverage and ensure timely assessment of admitted patients.
  • Conduct initial evaluation, detailed history taking, physical examination, and formulate provisional diagnosis.
  • Monitor patient vitals, treatment progress, and update files regularly.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic emergency procedures (BLS/ACLS).
  • Assist consultants in daily rounds and implement treatment orders.

2. Clinical Procedures

  • Perform routine medical procedures such as IV cannulation, catheterization, Ryle’s tube insertion, wound care, suturing, etc.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all procedures and treatments administered.
  • Support consultants during minor procedures and manage pre- and post-procedure care.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with nursing staff, paramedical teams, and specialist consultants for smooth patient care.
  • Communicate patient condition, treatment plans, and updates to attendants in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ensure proper handover during duty change.

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and updated inpatient records as per hospital and NABH standards.
  • Ensure timely entry of clinical notes, investigation reports, medication charts, and discharge summaries.
  • Comply with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and medical ethics.

5. Emergency & Critical Care Support

  • Attend to all casualty/emergency cases and stabilize patients as per protocol.
  • Manage critical patients under consultant supervision in ICU, HDU, or emergency settings.

6. Training & Quality Assurance

  • Participate in CME programs, clinical meetings, and skill-enhancement activities.
  • Support quality initiatives and contribute to NABH compliance.

  • Strong clinical knowledge and patient-management skills.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations confidently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ethical, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities.

Work Schedule

  • Rotational duties including day, night, and emergency shifts as per hospital schedule.

Experience

  • Fresh MBBS graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of clinical experience may apply.
  • Experience in emergency, ICU, or multispeciality hospital setup is an added advantage.

Salary

  • As per hospital norms and candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
