Staff Nurse

Role Overview: You will provide nursing care to patients based on their individual needs and the physician's plan of care. This includes monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses, administering medications and treatments, maintaining patient hygiene and comfort, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals for patient management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and timely nursing records, including medication administration, nursing notes, and handover reports. - Document care following hospital policy and NABH standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of medical records. - Follow hospital infection control protocols strictly, including hand hygiene, PPE usage, and biomedical waste disposal. - Recognize early signs of patient deterioration and initiate appropriate interventions, participating in emergency care and resuscitation efforts as needed. - Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, post-discharge care, and health promotion. - Participate in quality assurance programs, audits, and training sessions to ensure compliance with NABH standards for nursing services. - Properly handle and maintain medical equipment, monitor and report shortages or malfunctions, and maintain inventory of consumables and drugs in the unit. - Collaborate with the team through shift handovers, interdisciplinary meetings, and daily rounds, coordinating with other departments for smooth service delivery. Qualification Required: - GNM/B.Sc Nursing qualification - 2 years of nursing experience preferred - Diploma in nursing preferred - Hindi language proficiency preferred - Nursing License preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 16000.00 - 30,000.00 per month. The job location is in person at Dera Bassi, Punjab (140507). Additionally, benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund are included.
