Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures/vitals (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust and manage patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
• Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support
• Resolve or report on patients’ needs or problems to the concerned authorities
• Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks

Following all legal regulations and standards (including BLS & ACLS) along with company policies, from time to time

• Coordinating with Front Office for admissions & discharges of patients
• Competent in operating all medical equipment’s in the unit after completing competencies
• Assisting patients while shifting to other hospitals, in case of emergency
• Assumes the responsibility in maintaining that all patients receive a systemic, holistic and initial ongoing assessment of their physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and phycological status specific to their age
• Adhere and implement all infection control policies and guide lines
• Communicate and document all relevant information as per the establishment standards
• Coordinate referrals and communication and other rehabilitative interventions.
• Providing intravenous therapy competency, as when required as directed by the physicians
• Skill of reporting any changes in patients condition
• Accurate in documentation and reporting
• Perform any other duties/responsibilities delegated by the management

Education & Experience

• Minimum Qualification:
• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or ANM– Experienced - 5 year Above
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) –
