Staff Nurse

• Provide direct patient care based on individual treatment plans
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctors’ orders
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist in patient assessments, admissions, and discharges
• Maintain hygienic and safe environment in the ward
• Support doctors during rounds and procedures
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care
• Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and nursing protocols

Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of clinical procedures and nursing practices
• Good communication, observation, and reporting skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Basic computer knowledge for medical documentation

Eligibility:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNC)
