Job Description

Job Responsibilities : Oversee daily facility operations including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems to ensure smooth functioning. Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment. Supervise vendor contracts and service providers , ensuring timely execution of maintenance work. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements , safety norms, and energy efficiency standards. Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives. Plan and execute facility upgrades or infrastructure projects as per management requirements. Prepare and manage facility budgets , cost estimations, and maintenance records. Handle emergency facility issues and coordinate quick resolutions to minimize downtime. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all facility-related needs are met efficiently. Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff , ensuring high productivity and compliance with SOPs. Requirements Key Skills Required : Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, building management systems (BMS), and facility infrastructure Project management and team supervision Knowledge of safety standards, energy management, and statutory compliance Vendor management and negotiation skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools Strong communication and leadership abilities ","
