Role & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the campus health clinic: assess patients, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications, perform IV cannulation and manage fluid therapy per protocol with timely documentation.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes and basic procedures; escalate complications to physicians promptly.
• Support emergency response and basic life-saving measures within the clinic (stabilisation, handover to higher-level care when needed).
• Maintain infection prevention standards, sterilisation practices and safe waste disposal to ensure a hygienic clinical environment.
• Coordinate daily shift handovers, maintain up-to-date patient records (paper/EMR), and assist in patient education and follow-up planning.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Intravenous (IV) cannulation
• Medication administration
• Wound dressing and wound care
• Vital signs monitoring
• Infection control procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
  

Preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Exposure to campus or occupational health nursing
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (specify on application).
• Current nursing registration/certification as required by Indian regulatory bodies (attach proof).
• Prior clinical experience in inpatient/outpatient or campus health settings preferred.
