Job Description

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the entire HR Technology portfolio, which includes configurations, customizations, and integrations of different systems with Workday. You will work independently and collaborate with several teams across the globe. Your role will involve serving as the primary daily contact for the delivery of services, developing, implementing, documenting, and monitoring the scope of work to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating impact analysis documents to facilitate the delivery of thorough solutions. Your aptitude to learn new technologies will be crucial in helping HR keep pace with the industry. Furthermore, you will support annual/half-yearly events that correlate to each individual Workday module. Your qualifications and skills should include a Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems/engineering or equivalent, along with 8+ years of relevant work experience. You should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM, Workday Compensation, and Workday Security. Experience or knowledge of Workday Recruiting, and Workday Time and Absence would be a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills, good problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
