Staff Engineer - Video Firmware

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to meeting and exceeding system-level requirements and standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leverage advanced Systems knowledge to research, design, develop, and validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, and solutions while ensuring compliance with standards. - Conduct complex functional analysis to drive requirements and specifications, define standards for hardware and software, and design system-level solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete project work, implement and verify systems, and develop innovative ideas for product features. - Drive triage of complex system-level problems to identify root causes, conduct testing and debugging, and present results to stakeholders. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related field. - Preferred: Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. - Experience in 4G/5G/6G systems and associated cellular standards, working in a large matrixed organization, and interacting with senior leadership.
