Staff Engineer

As a Staff Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical direction and hands-on development of our next-generation, agentic AI-first marketing platforms. Your responsibilities will include architecting, building, and shipping products that revolutionize how marketers interact with data, plan campaigns, and make decisions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve building Gen-AI native products, utilizing LLMs, agents, and predictive AI to power platforms. You will also stay hands-on by designing systems, writing code, debugging, and ensuring product excellence. In addition, you will lead a talented team of full stack engineers and mentor them to success. Speed to market is essential in this role, as you will be required to rapidly ship and iterate on MVPs to maximize learning and feedback. Your ownership will extend across the full stack, from backend data pipelines to intuitive UIs, utilizing technologies such as Airflow, React, BigQuery, and embeddings. Ensuring scalability, security, and performance in multi-tenant, cloud-native environments (GCP) will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with product, growth, and leadership teams is crucial to aligning technology with business priorities effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience building and scaling full-stack, data-driven products. Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, and frontend technologies like React, along with solid experience in GCP is required. A strong understanding of data pipelines, analytics, real-time data processing, and familiarity with Gen-AI frameworks is essential. Your proven architectural leadership, technical ownership, and a product mindset focused on execution and iteration will be highly valued. Our current tech stack includes Google Cloud Platform for cloud services, Node.js and Python for backend development, Airflow for data workflows, BigQuery and Cloud SQL for data management, TensorFlow and OpenAI APIs for AI/ML capabilities, and React.js for frontend development.,
