We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Managerial Leader with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning to spearhead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering AI/ML solutions, alongside the ability to foster innovation and effectively manage cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include leading and supervising a team comprising of over 10 data scientists, ML engineers, and AI developers. You will be tasked with architecting and supervising the development of GenAI and ML-based solutions, steering project execution, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, and maintaining solution quality. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in translating requirements into scalable ML/AI models. Furthermore, mentoring junior team members and facilitating their skill development will be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate must possess substantial hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI frameworks such as LLMs, RAG, LangChain, among others. Additionally, a proficient understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is essential. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn are prerequisites for this role. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in team management, specifically leading a team of at least 10 members, is required.
