Set Technical Direction

Influence how systems evolve, what standards are adopted and how engineering decisions align with business goals.

Operate Across Teams

Take on cross-cutting, ambiguous, multi-team problems and bring clarity, direction, and solutions.

Act as a Technical Multiplier

Establish shared standards, unblock complex efforts and act as the glue that ensures consistency and cohesion across pods.

Balance Hands-On Execution and Strategy

Shape architecture, evaluate tradeoffs, set priorities and ensure long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Systems

• Design
