Customer Education Engineer


  • You will join our tight-knit customer education team whose mission is to enable our customers to optimally integrate and use our solutions in their development cycle, so that they deliver results and make the most of their investment in our products.

  • You will create amazing learning experiences through courseware, e-learning, interactive tutorials, videos, online communities, blogs, social media, hands-on labs, hackathons, sample applications and code snippets.

  • You will deliver immersive classes, engaging workshops, webcasts, and podcasts to developers, DevOps teams, build engineers, application security staff and admins.

  • You will have the continuous opportunity to be creative, innovative, and work with the state-of-the-art eLearning, courseware and delivery tools.

Experience


  • 4+ years of experience with

    developing and delivering learning / training for technical audiences


  • Knowledge of two or more:

    Java, C#, C/C++, JavaScript, Node, AngularJS, PHP, Ruby

    etc.

  • Working knowledge of development ecosystem and tools

  • Familiarity with open source software ecosystem

  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills

  • Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to travel up to 10-15%

  • Bachelor s degree in CS or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
