Lead Software Engineer - Java

Brief about the role / Summary of the role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated a technical lead who can lead the technical design and development for Polaris - Central Integrations product development team. One who can Design and develop complex architecture from scratch. Incumbent need to be hands on Core java/j2ee, CI/CD, DevOps. Key Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 5 to 8 years of software development experience using Java in building enterprise customer facing products and services Extensive experience in java/j2ee, spring boot, REST API development Extensive experience in design java based micro-services from scratch Strong technical expertise on Microservices architecture, Docker Container and Kubernetes, Messaging, Caching, database (SQL/NoSQL) Should have strong knowledge of Design Patterns, Data structures & Algorithm Experience with TDD, code testability standards and frameworks such as Junit, Mockito Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Experience is CI/CD, DevOps (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), maven, Gradle Experience in applicable AI/ML and analytics Experience in scripting language- bash, shell script Experience in Golang Role & Responsibilities: Hands-on in system design with LLD Hands on coding Problem solving DS/Algos, well versed with Oops concepts Lead the development and implementation, perform code reviews Enhance efficiency of design, development, test, release and support processes by developing tools and frameworks as required Should come with an innovative mindset and able to solve technical challengesAbility to lead and motivate a diverse team of engineers
