Staff Compliance & Ethics Analyst

As part of the Assurance Department at BMC, you will be responsible for ensuring the company maintains an effective compliance program through the design, implementation, maintenance, and assessment of policies, procedures, and training. You will report to the SVP-General Counsel and the VP-Assurance, and be based in Pune. Your key responsibilities will include administering the Compliance & Ethics HelpLine, monitoring and assigning new cases, tracking investigative activities, and preparing reports for executive leadership and the Audit Committee. You will also assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate policies, administering the Compliance & Ethics training program, and managing compliance training materials. Additionally, you will be involved in the annual conflict of interest survey process, reporting various metrics for management reporting and Environmental, Social, and Governance activities, monitoring changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance, and working in 12.30PM to 9.30PM IST. To qualify for this role, you should have an associate or bachelor's degree, a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in managing compliance training materials, proficiency in MS Office applications, and knowledge of Learning Management and Content Management Systems. Experience with compliance applications such as Convercent by OneTrust and Learning Pool is a plus. Certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are considered advantageous.
