Staff Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and post

  journal entries

  in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform

  balance sheet reconciliations

  and maintain supporting documentation
• Generate

  financial and operational reports

  as required
• Assist in

  financial statement (FS) preparation

  and month-end closing activities
• Support

  accounting cleanup projects

  and other ad hoc initiatives
• Communicate professionally with

  internal departments

  and

  external parties

  (e.g., auditors, vendors, customers)
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years

  of relevant experience in

  general accounting

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong

  oral and written communication skills

  in English
• Demonstrated

  problem identification and problem-solving abilities

• Hands-on experience with

  NetSuite

  is

  mandatory

• Experience in US Accounting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have

  3–5 years of experience

  in a similar accounting role
• Must be a

  CA or CPA

• Comfortable working

  night shifts

  aligned with U.S. business hours
• Must have a

  reliable high-speed internet connection

  and

  power backup

  for uninterrupted remote work
