As a Staff Accountant at our growing Finance team, your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting revenue recognition activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling monthly expense reports. - Process employee expense reports. - Ensure proper allocation of costs by understanding expense accounts and cost centers. - Assist the Revenue Recognition team in analyzing and booking monthly contracts. - Review Salesforce contracts for ACV/TCV calculation accuracy and data integrity. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 24+ years of Staff Accountant experience. - BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. - Clear understanding of Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) accounting rules. - Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records. - Strong data entry skills and a knack for numbers. - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. - Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP. - Adherence to confidentiality regulations and ethical standards. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Desired software knowledge includes experience with Sage Intacct (not mandatory), expense reporting software (e.g., Concur), and CRM platform tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
