Job Title: SQL & SSRS Developer Experience Required: 13 Years Location: Gadhinglaj Work Hours: Must be willing to work partially in US time zone Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled SQL & SSRS Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL development, report building, and basic scripting. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of reporting requirements, data integrity, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: SQL & SSRS Development Write optimized SQL queries using Common Table Expressions (CTEs), views, and stored procedures. Design, develop, and deploy parameterized SSRS reports as per business specifications. Perform unit testing and validation of reports to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business logic. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by stakeholders related to report functionality or performance. Data Migration Execute data migration tasks across databases, ensuring high data accuracy and completeness. Conduct validation and reconciliation post-migration to confirm integrity. JavaScript Scripting (Basic) Implement and update JavaScript logic to meet changing business needs. Leverage core JavaScript concepts (arrays, objects, conditional logic, loops) to support light customization tasks. Modify existing scripts to resolve issues or introduce enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in SQL Server, with strong query writing and performance tuning. Proficient in SSRS report development, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Experience with SQL-based data migration projects. Basic-level proficiency in JavaScript to support business logic scripting. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate with offshore teams and business users. Flexibility to work in alignment with US business hours.
