Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities: SQL & SSRS Development

• Write optimized SQL queries using Common Table Expressions (CTEs), views, and stored procedures.
• Design, develop, and deploy parameterized SSRS reports as per business specifications.
• Perform unit testing and validation of reports to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by stakeholders related to report functionality or performance.

Data Migration

• Execute data migration tasks across databases, ensuring high data accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct validation and reconciliation post-migration to confirm integrity.

JavaScript Scripting (Basic)

• Implement and update JavaScript logic to meet changing business needs.
• Leverage core JavaScript concepts (arrays, objects, conditional logic, loops) to support light customization tasks.
• Modify existing scripts to resolve issues or introduce enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in SQL Server, with strong query writing and performance tuning.
• Proficient in SSRS report development, testing, and deployment lifecycle.
• Experience with SQL-based data migration projects.
• Basic-level proficiency in JavaScript to support business logic scripting.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate with offshore teams and business users.
• Flexibility to work in alignment with US business hours.
