Sr. SAP Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in the Agro-Chemical industry to support development, and support of SAP modules of FI, CO, SD, MM based reporting in SAP BW, Datalake, Visualisation tools . The ideal candidate must have a strong command over configuration, transaction codes (Tcodes), and integration with other modules . Need hands-on with SAP BW reports understanding (atleast as End User). Additionally, the candidate should be well-acquainted with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA configurations and data dictionaries , with a good-to-have experience in migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA . The role also involves managing analytics projects , collaborating with business users, preparing functional specifications, and ensuring seamless development execution following Agile methodology. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP FI, CO, MM, SD modules related reporting enhancement and support , ensuring best practices for the Mfg. domain. Work closely with business users and SAP Functional team to gather requirements , draft functional specifications , and ensure system alignment. Ensure smooth integration and data consistency across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments with SAP BW reports, datalake, dashboarding solutions. Collaborate with development teams of SAP BW, Visualisation Engineers and Data Engineers to drive execution and optimize performance. Handle analytics-driven projects, including dashboard creation and KPI tracking . Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the closure of analytics reports and dashboards. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and best practices within an Indian MNC setup. Key Requirements: years of experience as an SAP MM/FICO/SD Functional Consultant (Agro-Chemical industry preferred). Expertise in SAP MM, FICO and SD configuration, master data Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report processes Work experience on SAP BW reports Exposure to handling analytics requirements, dashboards, and reports . Excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with business users and development teams. Hands-on experience with UAT , issue resolution, and deployment coordination. Strong interpersonal skills to adapt to the corporate culture of an Indian MNC . Preferred Skills: Ability to work in fast-paced environments , managing multiple projects efficiently. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration strategies , ensuring data consistency. Familiarity with third-party integrations and data analytics tools .
