Job Description

1. Deep Understanding of SON Functions: Including self-configuration, self-healing, and self-optimization techniques.
2. Network Optimization & Radio Resource Management: Expertise in load balancing, traffic optimization, interference management, and energy efficiency within mobile networks. 3. Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Python, and network management automation technologies. 4. Machine Learning & Data Analytics: Experience in applying machine learning for anomaly detection, performance prediction, and optimization. 5. 5G Networks & Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with 5G architecture, network slicing, and multi-access edge computing (MEC). 6. Security & Network Management: Strong knowledge of network security protocols and OSS/BSS integration within SON systems. 7. Linux: Candidate should be strong knowledge in Linux Operating Systems 8. Telecom Knowledge: candidate must have experience in telecom technology 2G, 3G and 4G Apart from this we can looking candidate who can join as soon as possible like with in 30days.
