We are looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Fabrication Specialist with expertise in X-ray welding, SS304 materials, and ASME drawing interpretation for an oxygen plant manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the fabrication and welding of stainless steel components, specifically for critical applications in oxygen production systems. This role requires a solid understanding of ASME code compliance, quality control processes, and specialized welding techniques to ensure the safety, durability, and precision of welded structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• X-ray Welding Expertise: Perform X-ray welding on stainless steel (SS304) components in accordance with project specifications, ensuring the integrity of welds for critical oxygen plant applications.
• Fabrication & Welding of SS304: Utilize SS304 materials to fabricate, weld, and assemble components for oxygen plant systems, ensuring that all work complies with ASME standards and design specifications.
• ASME Drawings & Codes Interpretation: Interpret and work from ASME drawings, blueprints, and technical documents, ensuring accurate fabrication and welding to meet stringent project requirements.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all welded and fabricated components meet high-quality standards, performing visual inspections and using appropriate testing methods, including X-ray inspection for welds.
• Compliance with Oxygen Industry Standards: Follow specific safety and manufacturing standards related to oxygen plant fabrication to ensure the safety and integrity of all welded components in high-pressure oxygen environments.
• Welding Process Optimization: Set up, monitor, and control welding processes, including pre-heat and post-weld heat treatment, to optimize quality and prevent defects in SS304 materials.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Work with NDT teams to ensure weld quality and structural integrity, especially for critical welds subjected to X-ray inspection.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve welding or fabrication-related issues, ensuring minimal production downtime and high standards of output.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, particularly in handling oxygen plant materials and high-pressure systems, to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate welding and fabrication records, including documentation of inspection results, quality checks, and compliance with ASME codes and oxygen industry standards.

Pay: ₹50,218.00 - ₹100,000.53 per month
