Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analytical Business Analyst in the Life Sciences sector, you will play a vital role in supporting Business Process Engineering and ensuring compliance with GxP regulations. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to define end-to-end business processes and requirements, as well as supporting the implementation of clinical systems and automation in healthcare processes. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business, IT security, and implementation teams to define complete end-to-end business processes. - Gather and analyze requirements, working with product managers and stakeholders to convert them into detailed specifications for engineering teams. - Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables in line with client standards and timelines. - Support implementation of clinical systems, RPA, or AI-driven automation in healthcare processes. - Assist in identifying and creating test scenarios, reviewing validation cycle deliverables, and ensuring requirement traceability. - Collaborate with business vendor IT teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of workstream requirements. - Flag issues, changes, or risks to the Project Manager and workstream leads, actively participating in sprint planning discussions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or pharmaceutical discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) and related accreditations (IIBA, Veeva, Agile certifications, etc.) are a plus. - Over 7 years of IT Business Analysis experience with strong communication skills. - Proven knowledge of SDLC, Validation, and Compliance. - Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, HPQC, and Business process modeling tools. - Experience in multinational settings, interacting with senior management, collaborating across boundaries, relationship management, and influencing without authority. Desirable: - Experience in implementing Veeva Submission and Submission Archive modules. - Experience in managing GxP Projects and related fields. - Passion for technology innovations contributing to better patient outcomes.
