Role: IT Business Analyst Location: Jaipur (On-site) Experience: 7+ Years ( Strong Profile, needed) Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Job Overview: This role will serve as a consultant and advisor to improve complex global business processes and services. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis efforts on strategic initiatives, delivering solutions to transform business operations. Key Responsibilities: Engage with global stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven process improvements. Author business requirements and facilitate process review sessions. Ensure alignment and traceability between user needs, specifications, and validation. Work with product squads to deliver sprint milestones and functional deliverables. Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure proper documentation and implementation. Participate in sprint demos and manage feedback and gap documentation. Required Skills: Bachelor's in Engineering or Pharmaceutical discipline; MBA/MS/Agile certifications are a plus. 7+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in multinational environments. Strong background in SDLC, validation, compliance, and agile delivery. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, HPQC, BPMN, etc. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
