Job Description

Sr./Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
  • Work on front-end interfaces using

    React.js

    and

    JavaScript

    to create responsive and user-friendly designs.
  • Develop and manage back-end services using

    Node.js

    and related frameworks.
  • Integrate and deploy applications on

    AWS

    with a focus on performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Review code, provide mentorship, and enforce best practices within the development team.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven expertise in

    React.js, Node.js, JavaScript

    , and

    AWS

    .
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a small to mid-sized team.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
