Job Description

Seek a highly motivated and strategic Account Management to drive growth by identifying,

developing, and securing business opportunities with enterprise clients. This role requires a strong

background in revenue delivery, sales planning, and relationship management. You will play a

critical role in expanding our footprint and build long-term value through strong client partnerships.

Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to target high-value decision-makers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing portfolio of clients,

Fortune 1000 and other large enterprise accounts

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO-level executives and key

stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development,

negotiation, and closing.

Report on KPIs and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Expectation

is to deliver 4X business pipeline and revenue quota month-on-month.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to

align offerings with market needs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

relevant to enterprise clients. Adopt change in mindset on value vs. commodity clients

while keeping customer feedback in mind.

VIBE WITH YOU

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in similar industry, enterprise sales or relationship management

- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, B2B sales environments.

- Strong knowledge about Loyalty Marketing, rewards management, promotions, B2B

Corporate Sales & consultative selling

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage CXO or senior level relationships
