Job Summary

The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing insurance products and systems. With a focus on Guidewire and portal technologies the candidate will enhance business processes and support the implementation of innovative solutions. This hybrid role requires expertise in MS Office and a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize insurance product functionalities to improve business processes and outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire and portal technologies.

Provide expert guidance on the implementation and customization of insurance systems.

Conduct detailed requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Oversee the testing and validation of system enhancements to ensure quality and performance.

Develop comprehensive documentation for system processes and user guides.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding and system adoption.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Support the development of innovative solutions that align with business goals and industry standards.

Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Utilize MS Office tools to create reports presentations and data analysis for informed decision-making.

Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of projects within the insurance domain.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Insurance Products and Guidewire.

Demonstrate proficiency in portal technologies and MS Office applications.

Have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance as a domain skill.

Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Show effective communication and collaboration skills.

Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
