Engineer Maintenance to join our team at Shri Consultancy, with a strong background in maintenance and engineering principles The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Conduct regular inspections and repairs to prevent unexpected breakdowns and minimize delays
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Analyze data and reports to optimize maintenance processes and improve overall performance
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in maintenance and engineering, with a minimum of years of experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical engineering, and instrumentation
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
