Key Responsibilities

Strong hands-on experience with observability platforms:
Servicenow,Appdynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace
,
ITSM Tools
or any enterprise monitoring tool.
Deep practical knowledge of
OpenTelemetry
for instrumentation and tracing.
Strong understanding of
SLI / SLO / SLA
frameworks and reliability engineering principles.
Expertise in
distributed systems, microservices
, and cloud-native architectures.
Proficiency in
Linux
, system diagnostics, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with
CI/CD pipelines
and infrastructure automation.
Strong scripting skills with
Python, Shell, Bash
.
Cloud monitoring experience with
AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Operations Suite
.

Soft Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Calm and composed under pressure, especially during incidents.
