SRE Lead

As an experienced candidate with 7+ years of experience in IT services, you will be responsible for hands-on experience in TDC/CD technology stack (SRE). Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying off-the-shelf components that provide the most business value and integrating them according to best agile software development practices. This includes conducting proofs of concept, automated testing, and soliciting feedback from business and technical stakeholders. - Serving as a Service Delivery Lead with at least 2 years of experience and working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for over 5 years. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Scrum and/or SAFE methodologies. - Supervising small and large teams of leads and analysts for at least 3 years. - Managing offshore resources and deliverables for at least 3 years. - Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills to discuss issues and concepts with technical and business teams. - Working in a top-tier consulting firm for at least 3 years as a technical lead or above. - Having Cloud certification or exposure and understanding in similar technologies. - Conducting client interactions with assured, respectful, and tactful attitude. - Leading discussions with senior and executive-level client management. Additionally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or a 4-year college degree in Computer Science or engineering-related fields with relevant work experience. Your total experience in IT services should be between 8-10 years, and you should have a good understanding of managing offshore resources and deliverables. Please note that the location for this position is limited to Bengaluru/Hyderabad only, and the ideal candidate will have an immediate to 20 days notice period.,
