Position Summary
The Senior Baker at Apna Bakery is a key leadership role in the kitchen, responsible for overseeing the daily production of high-quality baked goods, including breads, cakes, pastries, and specialty items. This role requires exceptional technical baking skills, the ability to train and mentor junior staff, and a deep commitment to food safety and consistency. The Senior Baker will ensure that all products meet Apna Bakery's standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.

Job Description :
l Oversee and manage the daily production of all baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, traditional Indian sweets, and seasonal specialties.
l Monitor product freshness, appearance, and shelf life, taking proactive measures to minimize waste and maximize product quality.
l From time to time experiment with new techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles to expand the product offering and keep the bakery competitive.
l Ensure all bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.) is well-maintained, clean, and in proper working order.
l Coordinate with maintenance personnel and production manager for timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
lDirect, motivate, and manage the performance of the kitchen staff during shifts.
lAssist the Bakery Manager in planning daily and weekly production schedules to meet sales forecasts and special order requirements.
l Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards:
l Maintain a clean and organized production area at all times.
l Conduct regular taste tests and solicit feedback to refine existing recipes and ensure product excellence.
l Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet production demands efficiently.
l minimize spoilage, waste, and overstocking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
