Requirements:
✅ Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color grading✅ Ability to lead projects & mentor junior editors✅ Creative mindset with attention to detail & timelines✅ Three to five years of proven video editing experience (agency/media background preferred)✅ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools✅ Strong sense of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics
