We are hiring a Senior Video Editor & Team Lead who combines hands-on editing skills, leadership, and a strong ability to implement AI tools to boost productivity and content quality.

Role Overview

This role is designed for someone who can independently lead projects, manage a team of video editors, and ensure smooth execution of all video deliverables with high creative excellence.

You will take charge of:

✔ Content planning & workflow
✔ Quality control for brand consistency✔ AI-powered editing automation✔ Skill growth & mentoring for juniors

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the full post-production lifecycle — from raw footage to final edits
✔ Guide and supervise junior editors, assist with workload distribution✔ Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & AI-supported tools for efficiency✔ Strong knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects & color correction✔ Repurpose long-form content into short-form, platform-focused edits✔ Ensure output quality for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & OTT standards✔ Innovate using latest AI tools for:

• Auto-transcription, subtitles
• Smart B-roll, AI cleanup
• Color workflows, motion templates, cut automation

✔ Maintain timely delivery & creative excellence under dynamic workloads
✔ Participate in storyboarding, creative visualization & brand development✔ Organize assets & maintain structured project file management

Required Experience & Skills

✔ 3–5+ years professional editing experience (Agency / Brand / Production House)
✔ Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects skills✔ Understanding of codecs, export formats, media management✔ Excellent storytelling, sound design & pacing sense✔ Ability to manage team coordination & project progress✔ Strong problem-solving and leadership mindset✔ Mandatory: Showreel / Portfolio showcasing editing + motion skills
