Your primary focus will be to lead the global brand strategy and drive growth for our flagship product, SchoolAi. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for: - Driving the global marketing vision, positioning Coschool as the trusted AI partner for schools. - Leading brand strategy, digital campaigns, content marketing, and strategic partnerships. - Spearheading go-to-market plans for SchoolAi across domestic and international markets. - Building and mentoring a high-performing global marketing team. - Collaborating closely with leadership to align marketing with business milestones. - Championing innovation through AI-led marketing initiatives. - Managing KPIs, optimizing performance, and owning the marketing budget with a focus on clear ROI. **Key Responsibilities:** - 15-18 years of marketing experience, with at least 8 years in global product marketing. - Proven track record in scaling tech/AI-driven products internationally. - Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership qualities, and effective communication abilities. - Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a fast-paced and dynamic setting. - Preference for ISB alumni due to leadership qualities and network advantages.
