Sr. UX/UI Designer

As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with the design and development teams to create intuitive, engaging, visually appealing websites. Your role involves assisting in the design and enhancement of user interfaces, user experiences, and overall interaction design to ensure that web design projects are user-friendly and meet clients" needs. Responsibilities: - Understand product requirements and user psychology - Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and screen flows for modules - Develop product prototypes - Find creative solutions to UX problems (e.g., usability, findability) - Conduct concept and usability testing, and collect feedback - Create personas based on user research and data - Communicate design concepts and prototypes to the engineering team - Conduct surveys to gather user and client feedback - Analyze user feedback and activity to improve the user experience - Define the appropriate interaction model and assess its effectiveness - Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends - Perform competitor and customer analysis Skills / Experience: - 2 to 3 years of relevant experience - Strong portfolio of design projects - Proficiency in design tools, preferably Figma - Ability to build prototypes with interactions - Product-minded approach and problem-solving skills - Sound knowledge of user-centered design and UX principles - Analytical mindset with business acumen - Excellent communication skills - Team Player Salary: Salary is not a constraint for the right talent and will be commensurate with the experience and exposure required for the role.,
