Sr. UX/UI Designer

As a UI/UX & High-End Graphics Designer Specialist at AL M&M Business Hub, your main responsibility will be to lead the design of high-end interfaces and graphic elements for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and final UI designs, as well as producing premium graphic assets such as icons, illustrations, banners, and UI components. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure the smooth implementation of designs and maintain consistency in design language and quality across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and final UI for web and mobile applications. - Design responsive layouts for excellent user experiences across devices. - Conduct user research and apply UX best practices to solve usability problems. - Produce premium graphic assets including icons, illustrations, banners, and UI components. - Develop visual identity elements like logos, color palettes, and typography systems. - Coordinate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to meet design goals. - Support marketing teams with creative visuals, social content, and branding material. - Maintain and update design documentation and style guides. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and high-end graphic design. - Experience designing dashboards, mobile apps, and business-focused digital products. - Proficiency in visual design principles and interactive design patterns. - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JS, Web Components, SASS/SCSS, GSAP, Intersection Observer API, SVG & Canvas, and WebP/AVIF images. - Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion tools like After Effects. - Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and effective communication in a team setting. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
