As a Project Manager focused on UI/UX projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery. You will also be responsible for presenting project deliverables, such as prototypes and final designs, to clients. Quality assurance and usability will be a priority for you. Ensuring that all project outputs adhere to UI/UX best practices and usability standards is crucial. In terms of risk and budget management, you will need to identify risks early and develop contingency plans to address them.
