Sr. UX/UI Designer

If you have 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design and a passion for Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Design Systems, UX Research, and product creation, this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design process, encompassing research, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. - Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design decisions. - Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. - Design beautiful, scalable UI components and design systems for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate effectively with clients, product managers, and developers in an agile environment. - Review and mentor junior designers to ensure design quality and consistency. - Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. **Required Skills:** - 6+ years of UI/UX design experience for web or mobile applications. - Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX process, UI craft, and product thinking. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. - Experience in user research, prototyping, and design systems. - Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design principles. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Preference for candidates with agency or product-based experience. - Behance Portfolio required.
