As a UI/UX Designer in the Fintech industry with the IT department based in Noida, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Your expertise in Wireframing & Prototyping using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch will be crucial in designing effective user interfaces. Your role will involve crafting Information Architecture (IA) and ensuring smooth Interaction Design (IxD) to enhance user engagement. Usability Testing and Design Thinking will be essential in creating User-Centered Design (UCD) that meets user needs effectively. Your proficiency in Typography & Visual Hierarchy will be instrumental in creating aesthetically pleasing designs. Additionally, your UX Research Skills including Qualitative & Quantitative Research, A/B Testing, and tools like Heatmaps & Eye-Tracking will drive Data-Driven Decision Making. You will be involved in Persona Creation, User Journey Mapping, and Competitor Analysis to deliver impactful user experiences. Knowledge of Cognitive Psychology and Heuristic Evaluation will help in understanding user behavior better. Your experience of at least 3 years along with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree will add value to this role. Your expertise in various UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Whimsical, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Optimal Workshop, Axure, and InVision will be utilized for advanced Prototyping and User Behavior Tracking. In this full-time position, you will be expected to work in person, demonstrating your skills in UX/UI design to create innovative solutions for the Fintech industry.,
