Title: UX Designer

• Permanent with NAM Info Pvt Ltd
• Work Location: Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore
• Working time: 12 PM to 9 PM
• 5 Days work from office, Monday to Friday
• L1 interview virtual, L2 face to face at Banashankari office
• Notice period Immediate to 15 days

Job Summary:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  end-to-end UX/UI design

  process for digital products(web/mobile/enterprise applications).
• Create

  wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and final UI designs

  based on business and user needs.
• Collaborate with developers, proposal teams, and stakeholders to implement

  visually engaging, technically feasible designs

  .
• Build and maintain

  design systems and brand style guides

  for consistency and scalability.
• Create

  presentation decks, workflow diagrams

  , and design assets for client proposals and internal use.
• Translate

  rough sketches or verbal ideas into polished outputs

  .
• Conduct u

  ser research and usability testing

  to validate design decisions.
• Support

  content creation for proposals

  , including embedding visual elements in documentation.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure

  adherence to design best practices

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in

  UX/UI design

  or

  interaction design

  .
• Expertise in tools like

  Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch,

  After effects

• Strong understanding of

  design systems, responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG)

  .
• Experience working in

  enterprise IT environments or large tech organizations

  .
• Ability to independently handle

  client presentations, pitch decks

  , and RFP visual assets.
• Basic understanding of

  different tech stacks and front-end development processes

  .
• Excellent

  English communication skills (written and verbal)

  .
• Ability to take

  ownership of tasks with minimal supervision

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to

  Gov Tech, Defence Tech, or SaaS product design

  .
• Working knowledge of

  HTML/CSS/JS

  or interaction design tools (Lottie, After Effects).
• Experience with tools like

  Notion, Miro, Confluence, Lucidchart

• Familiarity with

  design thinking

Qualifications:
