Sr. US IT Recruiter - W2

Looking someone with who has good experience working on W2 roles.

Shift Timings - Night Shift ( 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST)

Position is work from Office in Pune (Next to Seasons Mall)

Sourcing & Recruiting

• Source candidates for

  W2-based IT positions

  using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for immediate and future requirements.
• Conduct Boolean searches and use advanced sourcing strategies to identify niche skill sets.

Candidate Screening & Coordination

• Pre-screen candidates to assess technical skills, communication ability, and availability.
• Ensure candidates meet all W2 employment criteria (work authorization, taxation rules, no C2C engagement).
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

W2 Employment Compliance

• Verify work authorization for candidates (US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, etc.).
• Explain W2 pay structures, benefits, and tax withholdings to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies.
