Complete review of credit report to verify trade lines, derogatory accounts,
public records and credit reconciliation
Thorough income calculation Salaried income, business income, retired
other income and rental income
Complete review of Collateral and property valuation
Assets verification include borrowers bank account statement, retirement
accounts, mutual funds and other investments.
Credit analysis based on borrowers Income, Asset, Liability and Collateral
(4C of Underwriting) to determine the credit worthiness of a customer Validating and processing the Loan documents on behalf a Mortgage lenderorganization.
Evaluating evidence of borrowers willingness and ability to repay the
obligation
About you:
Minimum 2 years of Underwriting experience in US Mortgage. Sound knowledge of US Residential mortgage Exposure of Underwriting processes and guidelines. Analysis and Calculation of qualifying income from Salaried various taxdocuments such as 1040s, Schedule E, 1065, 1120, 1120S, K1, transcripts, etc.
