Sr. UI/UX Designer

As a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with expertise in animation and motion design, your role involves designing user-centric digital experiences and creating visually appealing animations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will conceptualize and deliver intuitive interfaces, interactive prototypes, and motion-enhanced visuals to enhance the overall user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop user-friendly, responsive UI/UX for web and mobile applications. - Create motion graphics, transitions, and product animations using tools like Blender, Adobe Animate, and Adobe After Effects. - Translate user research, wireframes, and feedback into interactive design solutions and prototypes. - Ensure a consistent design language across all digital platforms. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles. - Expertise in Blender, Adobe Animate, and Adobe After Effects. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Strong understanding of user experience principles. - Ability to produce production-ready design deliverables. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. **Preferred / Additional Skills:** - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Basic knowledge of front-end technologies. - Experience in creating marketing visuals and UI animations. - Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and composition.
