Sr. UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Lead Designer at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the design team by guiding, coaching, and providing feedback to other UI/UX designers. - Develop and implement design strategy by creating and executing design strategies that align with business objectives. - Conduct user research and testing to oversee user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and feedback. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment. - Create and oversee design deliverables including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Ensure design consistency by maintaining consistency in visual elements, branding, and user experience across all platforms. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. - Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders by communicating design ideas and solutions. - Optimize designs by driving product improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and analytics. - Establish design systems by helping create and maintain style guides and design systems. Your qualifications should include: - Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and user feedback for design optimization. - Familiarity with design systems and style guides for maintaining design consistency.
