The company provides analytical insights and solutions to develop sales and marketing strategies in the Retail & CPG Industry by leveraging diverse sources of data. Decision Point was founded by Ravi Shankar and his classmates from IIT Madras, with expertise in CPG and Marketing Analytics domain. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. UI/UX Designer (Immediate Joiner) located in Gurugram. The Sr. UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating mockups, visual design, prototyping, front-end development, and user experience design on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design skills Branding and Typography skills Experience in creating visual identity and brand assets Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools Strong portfolio showcasing design work Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in working with big data analytics solutions is a plus Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, or related field Show more Show less
