Job Description

As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for delivering plans across various channels, specifically Modern Trade. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Regional Category Managers to drive business growth with regional category teams will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be tasked with driving in-store execution by ensuring availability, share of shelf, promotions, and asset execution are optimized. Key Responsibilities: - Manage distributor relationships, including ensuring stock availability at distributors meets set norms. - Deliver a 100% fill rate to Modern Trade accounts. - Uphold commercial hygiene by settling all distributor claims promptly and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree, with an MBA being preferable. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Key Accounts within the FMCG Industry. - Experience managing a team of promoters and merchandisers. - Strong understanding of MS Excel. - Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
